For its first Property Services offering, Magicbricks has entered into partnership with Urban Company (formerly UrbanClap), India and the UAE’s largest tech-enabled home services company, to offer its users Home Services for santisation and pest control services. The partnership aims to leverage Urban Company’s expertise in delivering professional services and Magicbricks’ scale and national presence.
In the midst of the pandemic when hygiene has taken centre-stage in our lives, this partnership will enable Magicbricks users to directly book Urban Company’s home santisation and pest control services through magicbricks.com/property-services. The packages start from as low as Rs.799. The partnership also coincides with the onset of the festive season, with Navratri, Durga Puja and Diwali around the corner. It will enable a large number of Magicbricks users to experience Urban Company’s professional services.

The pest control services, on the other hand, are available for cockroaches and ants, bedbugs, termites and mosquitoes. The cost of the services range from as low as Rs.799 for mosquito to Rs. 8699 for a comprehensive protection against termites. The services for santisation and pest control are now available in key markets such as Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad and over a period of time would be expanded to other markets as well.
