Office rental projections for the next one year continue to point to solid growth across all prime markets, according to a recent RICS’ India Commercial Property Monitor. In terms of the city breakdown, Bengaluru exhibits stronger rental growth projections when compared with Mumbai and the National Capital Region (NCR).
RICS’ India Commercial Property Monitor is a quarterly guide to the trends in the commercial property investment and occupier markets. The guide is based on survey questionnaires sent out to RICS members over a month long period ending 6 October, 2017. Respondents were asked to compare conditions over the latest three months, with the previous three months and give their views on the outlook.
Capital value expectations for the next one year for office, retail and industrial segments are slightly lower. Still, solid growth is expected across segments over the next one year. Likewise, respondents also lowered their expectations for rental growth for a second consecutive quarter, with the largest downgrades coming in the industrial segment.
Credit conditions have improved slightly in Q3, possibly because of a further cut in the RBI’s key policy rate in August, this year. The Investment Sentiment Index was unchanged during Q3, again posting a reading of +6. This measure is an indication of marginally positive momentum behind the investment market. Investment enquiries increased in the office sector, with the pace of growth, exceeding that of the previous quarter. Meanwhile, demand was flat in the retail portion of the market, and fell for industrial assets. The supply of property for investment purposes held steady for the third consecutive quarter.
Tenant demand increased at a reasonably solid pace in the office sector, picked up only marginally in the retail sector, while demand for industrial space fell during Q3. Availability of leasable space was more or less unchanged for the second successive quarter, although a slight rise was reported in the retail segment. Meanwhile, landlords opted to increase the value of incentive packages in the office and retail portions of the market
As far as market valuations are concerned, around three quarters of respondents are of the opinion that the commercial real estate market is either at or below fair value currently. This proportion rose modestly when compared with Q2, when around two thirds of contributors took this view.

The simple three screen verification process will remove the need for OTP verification or paper-based verification for KYC.’We are trying to help the Banks and Insurance Companies complete the Aadhaar verification of all their customers on time by making the procedure easy and hassle-free. U2opia Mobile’s Aadhaar verification Service works well on all mobile handsets as USSD is a basic 2G/3G mobile feature’’ added Sumesh Menon, Co-Founder, and CEO, U2opia Mobile.

Additionally, the developer ecosystem is maturing rapidly, with several high profile games made in India seeing international commercial success. There has also been strong interest in the Indian market from venture capitalists. As a result, we expect this growth to increase and help the budding Indian gaming industry become one of the leaders in the global market.”

By age 50, about 50% of substantial number of men and women-are affected by hair loss, much of which is hereditary. In men, the most common condition leading loss is called male pattern hair loss. This affects only front & top of head.
Hair transplantation surgery involves transferring the hair follicles from the donor area on the
back and the side of the head, which has genetically strong hair to the balding areas.
Hair Transplant does not increase the total number of your hairs in the scalp because here we redistribute the hair from the back in such a way that you grow sufficient hairs on the hair loss area to look good without the Donor area looking bad.We use the roots of this permanent hair and graft them in the area where you have lost your hair. This can be done in two ways FUT and FUE.
The FUT hair transplantation or the strip method is surgery is the older method that involves removing a narrow strip of hair-bearing scalp from the back of the head and using it to fill an area with thin or no hair.. After removing the strip of scalp with a scalpel, the surgeon closes the scalp. This area is immediately hidden by the hair around it.
Next, the strip of removed scalp is divided under magnification into into multiple tiny grafts containing an individual hair or just a few hairs each. The number and type of graft used depends on the hair type, quality, and colour as well as the size of the area where it will be transplanted.
Then the surgeon cleans and numbs the area where the hair will be placed, creates holes or slits with a scalpel or needle, and carefully places each graft in one of the holes.
The FUE or Follicular Unit Extraction or root extraction is a minimally invasive hair transplantation technique in which follicular unit grafts (hair follicles) are individually removed from the patient’s donor area and then individually transplanted to the recipient area.
Follicular hair extraction (FUE) technique is the latest and fast becoming, the most popular method of hair transplantation. In this method, the follicular units (hair roots) are extracted as individual units and then transplanted, the advantage being minimal or no visible scarring in the donor area. These are removed using a power tool and then placed in the recipient area. The advantage is that there is no linear scar and no stitches are required, so the donor area will be minimally noticeable within just a few days and this technique is useful for men who want to keep their hair short.
The patient lies with the face down on the operating table. The scalp is cleaned and a local anaesthetic is applied to it. Your surgeon may choose to give you oral or intravenous antibiotics before and for a few days after the procedure. Once the local anaesthetic has taken effect, the surgeon takes out grafts from the donor area using fine micropunches. The grafts are stored in saline solution and then grafted in the planned area.
After hair transplant, you may need to take pain medications and antibiotics for few days. Your surgeon will have you wear a surgical dressing over the scalp for at least a day or two. Most people are able to return to work two to five days after surgery. The results of hair transplant are generally satisfying.
Sometimes additional sessions are needed if you continue to lose hair or decide you want thicker hair.
A10’s Software Subscription Model for Consumption of Secure App Services across On-Premise, Cloud and Hybrid Environments
A10 Networks, a Secure Application Services company, has announced A10 FlexPool, a software subscription model that provides enterprises and service providers with the ability to simplify the consumption of app services. The A10 FlexPool aggregated capacity model allows customers to flexibly allocate and re-distribute capacity across applications, multiple clouds and data centers.
As businesses attempt to balance workloads across hybrid cloud deployments, they need a flexible software delivery model to ensure their services and applications are consistently available whenever needed. A10 solves these challenges with FlexPool, a unique capacity pooling-based consumption model that allows customers to redistribute capacity across multiple sites as their business and app needs change.
The introduction of A10 FlexPool represents a strategic step in the company’s business strategy and vision to help customers become more secure and agile as they bridge traditional and cloud application environments. A10 FlexPool allows customers to seamlessly use A10 services either on-premise or in the cloud, without service disruption, in a cost-effective, customer-friendly manner that eliminates unnecessary expenses caused by overprovisioning.
This software subscription-based capacity consumption model represents a more modern, customer-centric approach compared to perpetual, instance-based arrangements that force customers into numerous fixed capacity licenses that outlive their practical lifecycles. However, A10 FlexPool allows customers to purchase licensed capacity, then allocate and redistribute that capacity across applications and infrastructures as desired. Additionally, FlexPool simplifies the operational process by limiting the administrative task of centrally managing the license pool.
“Hybrid cloud is spurring greater innovation opportunities for IT to deliver business relevance and agility for network managers,” said Raj Jalan, CTO, A10 Networks. “Our new software subscription and capacity pooling model is designed to eliminate the traditional challenges of resource planning and portability across today’s hybrid network environments, offering greater flexibility and dynamic scalability to meet enterprise IT’s cloud environment needs well into the future.”
Whether A10 software is deployed on virtualized infrastructure, bare metal, or in the cloud, A10 FlexPool gives IT professionals and service providers the flexibility and portability across multiple application services and cloud infrastructure deployment models. With capacity pools that are sharable across on-premise, public and private cloud infrastructures, A10 FlexPool can help simplify cloud migrations, and at the same time eliminate costly overprovisioning and prevent service disruptions.
· A10 FlexPool is available now
· A10 FlexPool annual subscription pricing begins at US $29,000

Forcepoint’s Human-Centric Security Helps Financial Services Firm Protect Critical Customer and Business Data in Hybrid Clouds
Global cybersecurity leader Forcepoint today announced the company’s human-centric, real-time security technology has been deployed by Simplicity Credit Union to protect the financial services firm’s 23,000 members, prevent catastrophic data breaches, centrally manage a hybrid cloud environment and, critically important for businesses today, enable the secure use of cloud applications, such as Microsoft Office 365.
Financial services organizations like Simplicity require cyber security solutions that address regulatory compliance and, most importantly, protect member data, including personally identifiable information (PII). Simplicity chose Forcepoint to keep its employees, partners and members safe and prevent data breaches caused by accidental or malicious intent.
Simplicity established Forcepoint was the only security company delivering the range of capabilities that meet their needs and can efficiently manage their hybrid environment through a single management console. The company utilizes Forcepoint’s Email Security Cloud, Web Security Cloud and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) products to protect critical data at the human point - the intersection of users, data and networks – and understand normal user behavior patterns and flow of data, whether on-premises or in the cloud. Forcepoint’s human-centric approach to security has helped transform Simplicity’s security program and outlook.
“It’s more important than ever for financial institutions to protect against employee and user risk. Whether compromised maliciously or accidentally, credentials of users are the keys to the data kingdom,” said Thomas Frank, system administrator at Simplicity Credit Union. “In a highly regulated industry like financial services, we must consider strategies and technologies that are more intelligent and efficient than the traditional model, which clearly isn’t working, to protect our people and our business.”
Utilizing Forcepoint’s security expertise and integrated Web, Email and Data Security products, Simplicity has educated staff on cyber hygiene best practices and how to identify the digital signs of cyberattacks that seek to take advantage of human error and social engineering. In addition, Forcepoint’s Email Security has already proven its protection for Simplicity members’ personally identifiable information by preventing a catastrophic data breach disguised within fraudulent emails that ultimately impacted a number of local financial services organizations.
Frank continued, “We’re preventing end-users from accidentally sending out PII, which now gets flagged, so they know to resend as an encrypted message. Forcepoint’s solutions help us protect users from inadvertent behaviors that could cause catastrophic breaches, and in the end, helps to protect member data.”
Forcepoint also consolidates management for on-premises and cloud services into a single system to help Frank and his team cut through feeds of false positives and quickly identify and drill down into incidents that require immediate remediation. The time saved allows Frank and the Simplicity IT team to focus on innovative projects and solutions for its members.
“We always knew we could build a future with Forcepoint. Forcepoint gives us more flexibility in how we manage cloud services such as Microsoft Office 365 together with our Exchange servers; as well as more flexibility in how we manage cloud services on or off our network,” said Frank.
