The project, which covers development of a 7.75 kilometre coastal roadway, stretching from Princess Street Flyover to Priyadarshini Park. A remarkable feat that this project is slated to achieve is to construct a tunnel beneath the sea, spanning Girgaum Chowpatty, Malabar Hills, and Priyadarshini Park. This engineering marvel includes a multilevel interchange at Haji Ali, facilitating a seamless connectivity between South and North Mumbai, featuring elevated roads constructed over reclaimed land.

A total of 29,422.50 cubic meters of concrete, including both high-performance concrete and ACC ECOMAXX, were supplied for the project, which contributed to bringing about a significant reduction in carbon footprint. This substantial contribution played a pivotal role in achieving a remarkable reduction in the project’s carbon footprint. This reduction is underscored by a weighted average of 213 kg CO2/m3, signifying a 61% decrease.
