The culinary journey begins with a delicate Vermicelli Noodle Soup, available in both chicken and vegetarian variants, followed by a vibrant selection of salads including glass noodle with crispy tofu, green apple and green mango, and young papaya salad with shrimp. Guests can also savour beautifully crafted rice paper rolls with options ranging from tofu and garden greens to shrimp with chicken, alongside flavourful crab claws that highlight the finesse of Vietnamese coastal cuisine.
