MADAME, a leading western wear fashion brand in India, recently organised its Durga Puja campaign in the city of Kolkata to enhance brand visibility in the region and to celebrate the spirit of the festival. The brand campaign, titled #BeautifulLikeMaa or #MaayerMataSundor, was /created to make the women of Bengal look and feel as graceful as Goddess Durga, but with a contemporary touch through their elegant and beautiful attire.
The event was organised in participation with the clothing retail chain – Shopper’s Stop – and three exclusive events were organised in South City Mall, City Centre, and Acropolis on 23, 24, and 25th September respectively. For the first two events, Tollywood star - Sandipta Sen was the face.. The event had exciting activities, quiz, and much more which allowed the participants to show their talent and also receive gift hampers by MADAME.
Mishmee Das, another Tollywood star, was roped in for the event held on 25th of September.
“The two days were full of excitement because we were able to meet so many followers and were able to introduce them to the lovely MADAME collection. This was a perfect start to Durga Puja and I am personally touched by the campaign theme #BeautifulLikeMaa as it resonates strongly with every Bengali woman,” said Sandipta Sen.

MADAME has launched its Durga Puja clothing collection ahead of the grand festival, which is celebrated with utmost enthusiasm across the country, and especially in the Bengal region.
