Helmed by acclaimed Thai Master Chef Prajuab Shoosridam, fondly known as Chef Juab, the experience unveils an elegant tapestry of Thailand’s rich culinary heritage, where every dish is crafted in harmonious balance with the five quintessential Thai flavours spicy, sour, sweet, salty, and bitter.
The menu further journeys through refined regional expressions with creations such as Yum Som Ao Mamuang, a refreshing pomelo and mango salad finished with chilli coriander dressing; Rak Bua Phad Namphung, crisp lotus root glazed with honey chilli in true Thai style; and Koong Thord Kratiem Prik Thai, stir-fried prawns infused with garlic and pepper.
