From the bold, rustic flavours of North Karnataka to coastal delicacies and the timeless classics of Old Mysuru, guests can explore a thoughtfully curated spread of 75+ authentic dishes. Crafted by home chefs, the menu revives forgotten recipes and seasonal specialties, using hyperlocal ingredients that reflect the depth and diversity of the state’s culinary traditions.
Beyond the food, the festival brings Karnataka’s cultural essence to life with folk and classical performances, traditional music, and art showcases, creating a vibrant, multisensory experience for visitors of all ages.
