Amma Living Launches In India, Redefining Wellness As Effortless And Everyday

Amma Living, an Ayurvedic preventive wellness brand, marks its entry into India’s evolving wellness landscape with a clear focus on bringing traditional wisdom into everyday life. Rooted in the philosophy of “Amma”, a symbol of intuitive care, consistency, and mindful living, the brand reimagines Ayurveda as a practical, sustainable lifestyle rather than an occasional intervention.

At its core, Amma Living is built on the belief that wellness should be preventive, simple, and seamlessly integrated into daily routines. Drawing from time-tested Ayurvedic principles, the brand translates these practices into accessible formats suited for modern lifestyles encouraging individuals to adopt small, meaningful habits that support long-term well-being.

In a wellness culture that often feels complex and difficult to sustain, Amma Living takes a more intuitive approach focusing on repeatable, easy-to-follow practices that fit naturally into everyday life, rather than routines that feel overwhelming or hard to maintain.

Bringing this philosophy to life, Amma Living introduces a thoughtfully curated range of offerings designed for daily use. The Wellness Essentials Kit and Core Essentials Kit bring together interconnected rituals that support digestion, immunity, and overall balance, guiding individuals toward consistency rather than quick fixes. Complementing these is a Travel Kit, ensuring continuity on the go, and the Samvaad Book, which encourages a deeper, more reflective engagement with well-being.

The emphasis is not on doing more, but on doing small things regularly and doing them well.

“Ayurveda was never something we ‘followed’ growing up. It was just how life was lived,” said Sachin Anand, Co-founder, Amma Living. “What you had in the morning, how you responded to your body, the small things you did every day. Amma Living is about bringing that ease back.”

“For us, Amma is not a concept. It’s something almost everyone recognizes,” added Apoorva Agarwal, Co-founder, Amma Living. “It’s care that doesn’t feel like effort. With Amma Living, we’re trying to make wellness feel like that again – intuitive, consistent, and part of everyday life.”

As conversations around preventive health continue to grow, Amma Living positions itself as a companion in this shift helping individuals build routines that are sustainable, familiar, and grounded in everyday practice, while making Ayurveda feel simple, approachable, and truly lived-in.

* Spanning 40 feet, the installation offers an immersive interplay of light, reflection, and form through April

Phoenix Mall of Asia, Bengaluru’s premier destination for shopping, dining, and culture, has unveiled Equus Fortuna, a 30-ft-tall illuminated sculptural centrepiece spanning 40 feet in diameter, at its Grand Plaza. The installation unfolds as a visually layered experience, where light, reflection, and form come together to create a space that invites exploration from every direction.

Conceived as a luminous celebration of prosperity, renewal, and festive energy, Equus Fortuna brings together art, light, and symbolism in a contemporary sculptural form. Inspired by the horse as a timeless emblem of strength, prestige, and forward momentum, the installation translates these ideas into a powerful visual expression rooted in movement and form.

Its illuminated silhouette carries a sense of warmth and vitality, while intricate floral detailing evokes abundance in full bloom. Together, these elements create a layered visual narrative that balances sculptural presence with celebratory richness, shaping an installation that feels both expansive and immersive.

As the installation reveals itself across the Grand Plaza, it creates a luminous spectacle that evolves with perspective and movement. At the heart of the space, Equus Fortuna rises in quiet grandeur, while reflections ripple across water, pathways glow softly underfoot, and surrounding light installations guide visitors through the environment, creating a rhythm of discovery at every turn.

Positioned as both a visual centrepiece and an experiential environment, the installation invites visitors to pause, explore, and engage, offering multiple vantage points across the Plaza for photography and shared moments.

Speaking on the installation, Ritu Mehta, Centre Director – Phoenix Mall of Asia and Director of Marketing – South, said: “Equus Fortuna brings together scale, light, and movement to create an experience that feels immersive and dynamic. Saviynt Unveils Industry’s First Identity Control Plane For AI Agents

Saviynt delivers the first enterprise-grade platform with the full capabilities to govern AI agents from discovery through runtime

Saviynt, the AI-era identity security platform, today announced the release of its Saviynt Identity Security for AI solution, establishing enterprise-grade capabilities to fully manage AI agents alongside all other human and non-human identities (NHIs). The platform now provides organizations with continuous visibility, lifecycle governance, and runtime authorization over autonomous AI agents, closing the identity security gap that is currently exposing 91% of enterprises to blind risk.

The rapid scaling of enterprise AI has created a dangerous imbalance where security infrastructure is stalling, unable to keep up with the velocity of machine-speed workflows. AI agents multiply, act autonomously, and at machine speed. Legacy identity models built for human users and deterministic workflows are becoming obsolete. Saviynt’s new identity and access capabilities give organizations the confidence to move AI agents into production. AI agents are writing code, executing financial transactions, responding to customers, and orchestrating business workflows. Yet most enterprises have no way to see, govern, or control what those agents do once deployed. Saviynt changes that.

"AI agents don't behave like users,” said Vibhuti Sinha, Chief Product Officer at Saviynt. “They act autonomously, access systems continuously, and make decisions in real-time. Traditional identity security was never built for that. We've spent the last two years working alongside enterprises already running agents in production, and what they needed wasn't a policy update; it was a new control plane. That's what we built."

The Saviynt platform discovers, registers, and monitors agents in real-time across major environments, including Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google Vertex AI, ServiceNow AI, Salesforce Agentforce and continues to expand integrations with leading agent development ecosystems. It embeds trust and accountability across three core pillars:

Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) for AI: Saviynt ISPM delivers a continuous, unified view to discover all autonomous agents – authorized or not – while surfacing real-time risks and over-privileged access to eliminate shadow AI and keep security aligned with the rapidly evolving agentic workforce.

Identity Lifecycle Management: Every agent needs an owner. Saviynt governs the full agent lifecycle, from the moment an agent is registered to the day it's decommissioned, so users always know who's responsible for what's running in their environment.

Agent Access Gateway: Agents move much faster than humans, as do their mistakes. Saviynt evaluates every agent interaction in real time and stops unauthorized activity before it can cause damage, whether it's agent-to-agent or agent-to-enterprise application access.

"As AI agents move from experimental use cases into core business operations, the traditional identity models we’ve relied on for decades are no longer enough,” said Gnana Thanikachalam, Global Head of IAM at Hertz. “At Hertz, technology drives our fleet and our customer experience, and we need governance that scales at that same velocity. Partnering with Saviynt has allowed us to move beyond static access toward a dynamic, agentic control plane. By treating AI agents with the same rigor as human identities – from continuous discovery to automated onboarding – we’re not just closing security gaps; we're enabling our teams to innovate with confidence."

“Scaling autonomous agents requires governance that keeps pace with AI innovation,” said Jeyanth Jambunathan, Head of IAM at The Auto Club Group. “With Saviynt’s identity control plane, we gain real-time visibility and control over AI identities empowering secure innovation at enterprise scale."

Saviynt built its AI control plane alongside enterprises already running agents in production, including The Auto Club, Hertz and UKG. That close collaboration with design partners delivers a proven edge in tackling real-world complexity and ensures the platform holds up against the real-world requirements of Fortune 500 companies.

“This is our most significant release,” said Sachin Nayyar, CEO at Saviynt. “We have now introduced real-time access enforcement and access gateway to our world-class posture management, identity management, privilege access management, and fine-grained entitlement management, all working together at runtime and at AI speed. This makes Saviynt the only Identity Security company to provide an end-to-end stack of Al Identity capabilities working together as a single service.”

Saviynt’s solution supports the full enterprise ecosystem, from pro-code developers to low-code builders to no-code business users. It also integrates external risk signals from partners like CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Wiz and Cyera, giving security teams a complete view of AI-related risk across their environment.

About Saviynt

Saviynt's identity platform manages and governs human, non-human, and AI access to all of an organization's applications, data, and business processes. Saviynt delivers enterprise control over AI, enabling organizations to safely accelerate their deployment and usage of AI now. Customers trust Saviynt to safeguard their digital assets, drive operational efficiency, and reduce compliance costs. Doctors At Apollo Cancer Centre, Bengaluru End Woman’s 25-Year Struggle With Rare “Laughing Seizures” Using Advanced Tech

· Non-invasive CyberKnife treatment restores seizure control in 30-year-old patient

In a significant clinical outcome, Apollo Cancer Centre, Bannerghatta Road, has successfully treated a 30-year-old woman with Gelastic seizures using CyberKnife technology. The patient had been experiencing 30 to 40 uncontrollable laughing episodes every day for 25 years despite multiple anti-epileptic medications and extensive neurological evaluation. Following CyberKnife treatment, her seizures reduced sharply, marking a substantial improvement after decades of daily episodes.

Gelastic seizures are an extremely rare form of epilepsy, often described as "laughing seizures," where patients experience sudden uncontrollable laughter caused by abnormal brain activity. Seen more commonly in women and typically beginning in childhood, these seizures represent only a very small proportion of epilepsy cases worldwide. They are most commonly associated with hypothalamic hamartoma, a benign brain tumour, and are frequently misdiagnosed and difficult to treat with conventional medication.

CyberKnife tracks tumour motion and automatically corrects the treatment beam when movement is detected. It delivers radiation with sub-millimetre accuracy through the use of continual image guidance and robotic arm. As a result, the radiation is directed completely to the target with steep dose fall off sparing the normal tissues around. It can be used in wide range of cancers, benign tumors and functional disorders.

The success of this treatment offers renewed hope for patients with gelastic seizures and other complex neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor, trigeminal neuralgia and cervical dystonia—particularly those who do not respond to conventional medication. It also presents a non-invasive alternative to surgical interventions, including deep brain stimulation.

“At Apollo Cancer Centre, Bangalore, we constantly push the boundaries of what advanced, non-invasive care can achieve," said Dr. Sridhar P S, Senior Consultant, Lead- CyberKnife at Apollo Cancer Centre, Bangalore. “For patients with rare and complex epilepsy conditions, CyberKnife gives us the ability to precisely target the seizure-triggering area without opening the skull or using anesthesia. Its accuracy protects healthy brain tissue, and the entire treatment remains painless, safe and highly effective. This marks a significant step forward in how we can support patients who previously had very limited options. We’ve already witnessed how this approach can completely change a patient’s quality of life. Watching our patient regain control, return to routine activities and experience a level of stability they had been hoping for has been profoundly encouraging. For many who had almost no viable options, this truly offers a new lease of life.”

“Gelastic seizures are among the most challenging forms of epilepsy to diagnose and manage, largely due to their rarity and atypical presentation,” said Dr. Gurucharan Adoor, Senior Consultant - Neurology, Apollo Hospitals, Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru. “In long-standing cases like this, patients often go through years of limited response to anti-epileptic therapies. What is particularly encouraging here is the sustained reduction in seizure frequency post-treatment, which not only improves neurological stability but also has a profound impact on the patient’s cognitive, emotional and social well-being. Early identification and access to advanced treatment options can significantly alter outcomes in such complex cases.”

After receiving the advanced treatment, the patient experienced only 3 episodes in the entire year following the procedure, compared to the 30 daily episodes she had endured for 25 years. The success of this case highlights how advanced technology is transforming the treatment of rare and complex neurological disorders, offering new hope to patients and families who previously had limited options.
