L&T Technology Services (NSE: LTTS), a global leading pure-play engineering services company, announced that it has dedicated a rural COVID Care Center (CCC) in Saragur, Mysuru as part of its CSR initiative, in partnership with Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement (SVYM).

A special note of appreciation for SVYM with whom we have worked to transform and uplift the lives of the local rural population. Our association with Mysuru is decades old. We have been taking a lead role in driving technology adoption and employment generation in the region for years now. LTTS is committed to serve the people of Mysuru and the state of Karnataka. I am certain that together we can script the beginning of a new chapter of development for this important region.”
This latest initiative further marks LTTS’ commitment towards implementing pandemic relief measures in the state of Karnataka, such as providing isolation kits to the Mysuru City Corporation, donating two 24x7 free ICU ambulances for serving the underprivileged in Bengaluru, facilitating vaccination for people with physical disabilities, besides funding medical treatment for the economically weaker segments. The company is also partnering with NGOs to support children orphaned in this current wave, committing to their long-term support in line with established government norms.
LTTS has been focused towards contributing to the cause of tribal population in the region. The LTTS-SVYM alliance has, over the years, transformed over 500 tribal lives and livelihoods through technology adoption and employment generation initiatives.
