New Meta AI Features For Small Businesses Across Indian Market

* We're launching new Meta AI features designed to help small businesses get more done and grow.

* Meta AI can now work with Facebook and Instagram analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Workspace to pull insights, audit and optimize campaigns, benchmark your business against similar brands, and help you understand what's working and how to improve.

* Meta AI can turn that information into the decks, docs, and spreadsheets you need and run recurring tasks and reminders to keep you up to date on how your business is doing.

* We're also sharing a quick guide to how Meta AI fits alongside our business products from Meta, including Meta Business Agent and Meta AI business assistant, so you know where to go for the insights and support to keep growing.

Today, we're starting to introduce new features in Meta AI designed to help small businesses get more done and grow faster. We're building Meta AI to be a partner to small businesses, and this is just the beginning.

Across meta.ai, the Meta AI mobile app, and the new Meta AI desktop app, you can now choose to have Meta AI work directly with your Instagram and Facebook accounts, Meta ad campaigns, and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides). When Meta AI can see all of this context in the same conversation, the insights get sharper and more specific to you. With the new Mac app, you can share a window during a session to show what you're working on, and it responds with tailored advice to the work in front of you. You can also use built-in dictation that works across all apps on your Mac.

This update means you can ask Meta AI questions about your business and get answers drawn from the context only Meta has, like your account engagement and ad performance. Beyond your own accounts, you can get publicly available insights about comparable brands and how they are building their presence on Meta.

You can also prompt Meta AI to use information from your business info and the web to create decks, docs, and spreadsheets you need to keep your business growing. And, you can let Meta AI handle work you've been doing manually by setting up recurring tasks and reminders to stay up to date on how your business is doing.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

Understand your organic content

Ask Meta AI about your organic Facebook and Instagram content and it draws on your audience engagement (reach, saves, shares, comments, and profile visits) to tell you what's resonating with your audience and give personalized suggestions based on what's worked.

Prompt to try: "What types of content have worked best for my Instagram account over the last month? What can I do differently? Send me a report every Monday.”

Understand your market landscape

You can ask Meta AI to analyze public content and engagement patterns from similar brands on Facebook and Instagram – so you can see what’s working and how you might be able to stand out.

Prompt to try: “Benchmark my organic performance against 5 top and comparable brands in my space - am I ahead or behind, what's driving the gap, and what should I change? Check the brand list with me first.”

Optimize your Meta ads

Alongside your organic insights, you can get a clear understanding of what's working in your Meta ad campaigns as well as suggestions for what to change next. Meta AI reviews your ads performance data and surfaces robust analysis — from which audiences are delivering, patterns in your best performing content, which ad creative is no longer resonating and why, to where your budget could work harder.

Prompt to try: “Review my ad performance over the last 90 days: what's working, what's not? What do my top ad sets have in common, and what should I change in the next 30 days? Then, turn the analysis into a 3-slide deck I can share with my team.”

Early Feedback from Small Businesses

Early testing results of these new Meta AI features are showing strong promise. Businesses who tested the features praised how the recommendations were specific enough to act on because they're drawn from their own content, performance, and audience – not general advice.

Here’s what they told us:

"Meta AI gave me a comprehensive breakdown of my ad performance in seconds - which angles are working, which formats and creators are driving results, and exactly what to do next. It's data-driven, actionable, and surfaced insights that would've taken me much longer to pull together on my own."

– Max S., Growth Marketing Lead, Repriced

“What stood out is how specific Meta AI’s recommendations were to my actual photography business, not generic advice. Because it’s working from content I’ve already created, it already knew my clients, my style, and my brand. With other AI tools, the output always felt like it was written for anyone. This felt like it was written for me.”

– Sandy P., Owner, Wild Prairie Photography

"You'd be surprised how much time gets lost just getting AI tools ramped up on your business - downloading, converting, re-uploading, and they still miss things. Meta AI’s first answer it gave me beat anything I'd gotten after multiple tries elsewhere. That's the difference between a tool that slows you down and one you actually use.”

– Katey H., CEO and Co-Founder, Nocturnal Skincare

It's free to get started with these features today. As we expand, businesses that want to use them even more will be able to subscribe to Meta One.

Your Quick Guide AI Agents for Business from Meta

We're building AI across Meta to help businesses at every stage. Here's what each one does and when to use it.

What’s Next

We've talked to people running small businesses around the world about what they need from AI. We know you wear many hats, but you shouldn't have to choose which part of the business gets your attention. That's why we're building Meta AI to give every small business access to tools once reserved for companies with big teams and bigger budgets. In the months ahead, expect more capabilities, deeper integrations, and new ways Meta AI can show up for your business.

Axis Bank's ‘Consumer Protection Awareness Campaign’ Takes Safe Banking To The Last Mile

* Reached over 20k individuals through awareness and customer education initiatives in South India

* Delivered through 250+ awareness activations across key states like Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala

Axis Bank, one of the largest private sector banks in India, recently concluded its nationwide Consumer Protection Awareness Campaign under the theme “Nazar Fraud Par, Sabr Khud Par”, reinforcing its commitment to making banking safer for customers across India. The campaign aimed to educate and empower customers to stay vigilant against evolving fraud risks, while promoting responsible banking practices through sustained awareness and outreach initiatives. This directly aligns with the Reserve Bank of India's focus on strengthening customer awareness and preventive education.

The campaign extended beyond traditional banking touchpoints, covering 401 cities and towns across 23 states, with over 1,400 activations that engaged over 69000 individuals through awareness and customer education initiatives. From major city centres such as Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai to rural heartlands including Agar, Sambalpur, Ayodhya and Chinamiram, the campaign sparked conversations, encouraged vigilance and empowered individuals to become the first line of defence against financial fraud.

In South India, the campaign achieved significant scale with 250+ activities, driving more than 20,000 engagements, across key states like Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala, including citities like Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Bhimavaram, Kakinada, Guntur, Nellore, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi and Trivandrum. The Bank partnered with institutions such as Income Tax Department, AP Sheep & Goat Federation, municipal bodies, collector offices, SRKR Engineering College, Swarnandra College of Engineering & Technology and Care Hospitals, along with RBI-led awareness sessions in Trivandrum and planned activities with Tamil Nadu Police in Chennai.

A key highlight of the campaign was Axis Bank’s collaboration with the Andhra Pradesh State Government and Police Department to educate citizens on safe digital banking practices. The campaign poster was launched by Andhra Pradesh Home Minister Smt. Vangalapudi Anitha and Director General of Police Shri Harish Kumar Gupta, IPS, followed by regional launches led by district officials and public authorities.

Commenting on the initiative, Anoop Manohar, Chief Marketing Officer, Axis Bank, said, "At Axis Bank, consumer protection is central to our dil se open promise of building trust in everyday banking. Through this campaign, we are taking fraud awareness beyond advisories into real, on-ground conversations across communities. As banking becomes more digital, our focus is on ensuring customers are informed, prepared, and better protected in their day-to-day banking.”

Axis Bank’s focus on ‘Safe Banking’ extends beyond this campaign, and is supported by a range of digital safety features, such as:

Mobile App Code: Enables secure, app-based authentication for logins and transactions, reducing exposure to OTP-based fraud risks.

Face Authentication: Adds a biometric layer of verification, ensuring only authenticated users can access or authorize sensitive banking actions.

Safety Centre: A centralised hub that enables both instant protective actions, such as restricting transactions during suspicious activity while also activating proactive controls (e.g., quiet hours) to stay ahead of potential fraud risks.

Lock FD: Provides an additional safeguard by preventing unauthorised digital closure of fixed deposits, especially for customers relying on assisted banking channels.

SMS Shield: Verifies the authenticity of SMS communications by validating sender IDs against official Axis Bank identifiers, helping detect spoofing and phishing attempts.

Together, these efforts reflect Axis Bank’s broader commitment to building a safer banking ecosystem—where customers have greater control and confidence in their digital banking journeys.

Global Impact Forum II To Bring BRICS Nations Together In Mumbai For A Landmark: Celebration Of Civilisational Legacy

AP Globale is set to host the second edition of the Global Impact Forum (GIF II): Civilisational Legacy on September 5–6, 2026, at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, bringing together distinguished voices from Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa(BRICS) for a two-day celebration of culture, heritage and civilisational exchange.

Marking the Forum’s first edition in India, GIF II has been conceptualised as an international soft power festival, exploring how culture, knowledge systems, heritage and creative expression can build meaningful connections between nations. At a time when global relationships are often viewed primarily through the lens of politics and economics, the forum will spotlight the role of cultural understanding and civilisational exchange in shaping stronger global relationships.

Spanning across two days, GIF II is expected to host 500 high-profile delegates each day, including ambassadors, diplomats, business leaders, scholars, cultural figures, entrepreneurs, investors and family offices. The programming will feature panel discussions, keynote conversations and immersive workshops exploring the cultural intersections and shared traditions across the participating nations.

The programme will bring together diverse traditions and disciplines from Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine to Kalaripayattu and Kung Fu/Tai Chi, classical dance and Capoeira, Tagore and Tolstoy, cinema, music, sport and indigenous traditions, highlighting how knowledge, art and cultural expression have travelled across borders and continue to influence contemporary societies.

Speaking about the promising association between South Africa and India, H.E.G Labane, Consul General, South Africa said "South Africa and India share a deep civilizational legacy that naturally evolves into a strategic economic partnership today, combining South Africa’s critical minerals like platinum, manganese, and chrome with India’s advanced tech and pharmaceutical capabilities. Our relationship between South Africa & India does not require introduction; it requires acceleration. Having led the Global South agenda through the G20 and BRICS, our focus must now turn our shared voice into actionable supply chains and investments. Platforms like the Global Impact Forum II (GIF II) are vital because they do what traditional consulates cannot: convene capital, culture, and government in a single room. As we head toward GIF II in Mumbai on September 5 & 6, we look forward to accelerating economic diplomacy alongside South African cultural players and over 20 business leaders to build a prosperous future together."

Beyond the daytime programming, the festival will extend into curated evening experiences celebrating culture, creativity and connections. Day 1 will culminate in Gala Night, featuring live Capoeira and percussion performances, while Day 2 will host Founders’ Night, bringing together entrepreneurs, investors and family offices for a curated pitch-format evening.

An invite-only networking track will further facilitate meaningful conversations and introductions among influential delegates, encouraging cross-border relationships, collaborations and the exchange of ideas.

"The Global Impact Forum II is built on celebrating what BRICS nations have in common, from shared traditional medicine, martial arts, beauty, sports, and culture to encourage collaboration rather than competition. By bringing together 400 to 500 leaders across government, business, academia, and entertainment, we are bridging cultural legacy with future innovation. Ultimately, any successful forum relies on two pillars: strong content and meaningful connections. Our mission is to matchmake the right founders, ministers, and global leaders to drive high-caliber conversations and lasting impact", said Janhavi Pawar, Director, AP Globale.

Commenting on the strategic association with AP Globale for GIF II, Faizan Munshi, VC Grid & Venture Catalysts, said, "Our partnership with AP Globale reflects our core thesis: connecting capital with strategic connections, which lies at the heart of the Global Impact Forum II. At this event, we are sourcing and evaluating six early-stage and six late-stage startups to present before business leaders, government members, and international industrialists. Our goal in selecting these startups across key sectors including EV, sustainability, logistics, deeptech, and rural finance, is to highlight how Indian innovation can deliver real value globally and firmly place India on the world map. We are excited about what we’ve built so far and look forward to a transformative event".

With soft power at its core, Global Impact Forum II: Civilisational Legacy seeks to create a distinctive platform where heritage meets contemporary dialogue. By bringing together cultural, intellectual and business voices from across five nations, the festival aims to demonstrate how culture can serve as a powerful bridge between societies, fostering understanding, curiosity and lasting global connections.
