* Meta AI can now work with Facebook and Instagram analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Workspace to pull insights, audit and optimize campaigns, benchmark your business against similar brands, and help you understand what's working and how to improve.
* Meta AI can turn that information into the decks, docs, and spreadsheets you need and run recurring tasks and reminders to keep you up to date on how your business is doing.
* We're also sharing a quick guide to how Meta AI fits alongside our business products from Meta, including Meta Business Agent and Meta AI business assistant, so you know where to go for the insights and support to keep growing.
Today, we're starting to introduce new features in Meta AI designed to help small businesses get more done and grow faster. We're building Meta AI to be a partner to small businesses, and this is just the beginning.
Across meta.ai, the Meta AI mobile app, and the new Meta AI desktop app, you can now choose to have Meta AI work directly with your Instagram and Facebook accounts, Meta ad campaigns, and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides). When Meta AI can see all of this context in the same conversation, the insights get sharper and more specific to you. With the new Mac app, you can share a window during a session to show what you're working on, and it responds with tailored advice to the work in front of you. You can also use built-in dictation that works across all apps on your Mac.
This update means you can ask Meta AI questions about your business and get answers drawn from the context only Meta has, like your account engagement and ad performance. Beyond your own accounts, you can get publicly available insights about comparable brands and how they are building their presence on Meta.
You can also prompt Meta AI to use information from your business info and the web to create decks, docs, and spreadsheets you need to keep your business growing. And, you can let Meta AI handle work you've been doing manually by setting up recurring tasks and reminders to stay up to date on how your business is doing.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
Understand your organic content
Ask Meta AI about your organic Facebook and Instagram content and it draws on your audience engagement (reach, saves, shares, comments, and profile visits) to tell you what's resonating with your audience and give personalized suggestions based on what's worked.
Prompt to try: "What types of content have worked best for my Instagram account over the last month? What can I do differently? Send me a report every Monday.”
Understand your market landscape
You can ask Meta AI to analyze public content and engagement patterns from similar brands on Facebook and Instagram – so you can see what’s working and how you might be able to stand out.
Prompt to try: “Benchmark my organic performance against 5 top and comparable brands in my space - am I ahead or behind, what's driving the gap, and what should I change? Check the brand list with me first.”
Optimize your Meta ads
Alongside your organic insights, you can get a clear understanding of what's working in your Meta ad campaigns as well as suggestions for what to change next. Meta AI reviews your ads performance data and surfaces robust analysis — from which audiences are delivering, patterns in your best performing content, which ad creative is no longer resonating and why, to where your budget could work harder.
Prompt to try: “Review my ad performance over the last 90 days: what's working, what's not? What do my top ad sets have in common, and what should I change in the next 30 days? Then, turn the analysis into a 3-slide deck I can share with my team.”
Early Feedback from Small Businesses
Early testing results of these new Meta AI features are showing strong promise. Businesses who tested the features praised how the recommendations were specific enough to act on because they're drawn from their own content, performance, and audience – not general advice.
Here’s what they told us:
"Meta AI gave me a comprehensive breakdown of my ad performance in seconds - which angles are working, which formats and creators are driving results, and exactly what to do next. It's data-driven, actionable, and surfaced insights that would've taken me much longer to pull together on my own."
– Max S., Growth Marketing Lead, Repriced
“What stood out is how specific Meta AI’s recommendations were to my actual photography business, not generic advice. Because it’s working from content I’ve already created, it already knew my clients, my style, and my brand. With other AI tools, the output always felt like it was written for anyone. This felt like it was written for me.”
– Sandy P., Owner, Wild Prairie Photography
"You'd be surprised how much time gets lost just getting AI tools ramped up on your business - downloading, converting, re-uploading, and they still miss things. Meta AI’s first answer it gave me beat anything I'd gotten after multiple tries elsewhere. That's the difference between a tool that slows you down and one you actually use.”
– Katey H., CEO and Co-Founder, Nocturnal Skincare
It's free to get started with these features today. As we expand, businesses that want to use them even more will be able to subscribe to Meta One.
