Organon Announces Two Her Health Grants In India To Support Adolescent Girls' Health In Bihar

* And Women's Contraceptive Access in Uttar Pradesh

Organon, a global healthcare company focused on women's health, signed an agreement sealing a shared commitment with two 2026 Her Health Grant recipients in India: Population Services International India (PSI India) and Ipas Development Foundation (IDF). The grants will support programs addressing adolescent health and well-being in Bihar and expanding access to contraceptive choice through the private health sector in Uttar Pradesh.

The Organon Her Health Grants is a global program designed to support organizations that expand access, equity, and informed choice for women and girls, marking a significant milestone in local community efforts to strengthen women’s health initiatives.

Access to accurate information and a full range of contraceptive choices remains a critical, unmet need for women and girls across India. According to National Family Health Survey-61 (2023 – 2024), 6.7% of girls aged 15 – 19 years were already mothers or pregnant, indicating that adolescent pregnancies remain a significant public health challenge in India. Many of these pregnancies are unplanned: in Uttar Pradesh, more than one in three pregnancies among adolescents and young women are unintended (Understanding the lives of Adolescents and Young Adults [UDAYA] Survey2). Without accurate information and access to a full range of contraceptive options, women and girls remain at greater risk of unintended pregnancy and unsafe abortion, underscoring why programs that expand both knowledge and choice are so critical.

Research shows that globally, every dollar invested in addressing the unmet need for contraceptives can generate up to $120 in long-term annual benefits, through improved maternal and infant health and economic growth. That is the power of better planning: it helps women stay in education, participate in the workforce, build families when they are ready, and contribute more fully to the economy.

Bihar – AWESOMM_HER: Awareness and Informed Decision-Making for Adolescent Girls

PSI India will implement the AWESOMM_HER program in Bihar across five districts, Purnia, Katihar, Kishanganj, Araria and Gaya, integrating nutritional support, menstrual health and hygiene education, and mental health resilience counselling into the daily lives of adolescent girls. The program is in response to well-documented gaps. The program will work in close coordination with RKSK program of Health Department and School Health Program of Education, community engagement, and digital tools, including an AI-enabled confidential support platform, to help girls make informed decisions about their health.

Uttar Pradesh – Strengthening the Private Sector Ecosystem for Women's Contraceptive Choice

Ipas Development Foundation will work across five districts of Uttar Pradesh to strengthen the private health sector's capacity to offer women a fuller range of contraceptive choices, with a focus on long-acting reversible contraceptive (LARC) methods. Uttar Pradesh records one of the highest levels of unmet need for contraception in India: nearly 11 in every 100 women, compared to a national average of about 9 in every 100 (NFHS-6). While the public sector remains the primary source of family planning services in India, accounting for roughly 70% of modern contraceptive use overall, the private sector plays an equally critical role for spacing methods, providing more than half of all reversible contraceptives. The project will train and mentor providers across 250 private facilities, strengthen referral and follow-up systems, and work with professional bodies such as FOGSI to build lasting capacity, aiming to reach an estimated 35,000 women with improved access to LARC services over the life of the program.

Speaking on the signing of the Her Health Grants agreement, Andreas Daugaard Jørgensen, Managing Director of Organon Asia Pacific, said: “India is home to the largest adolescent populations in the world and some of the most significant unmet needs in women's health, so this is an important focus for Organon. These two programs tackle different points in a woman's life, from the health information a teenager needs to the contraceptive choices a woman makes as an adult. Both programs can have significant impact for education, health and opportunity for the women. We are proud to support PSI India and Ipas Development Foundation in their efforts.”

Mukesh Kumar Sharma, Executive Director, PSI India, said: “Despite recent programs and efforts, a high percentage of adolescent girls in Bihar experience anaemia, menstrual health challenges and hormonal changes without accurate information or anyone to ask. This is an every day challenge, resulting in missed school days. This grant lets us reach girls directly, through health awareness interventions and campaigns in their schools and communities, also using innovative digital tools, so they can act quickly on their health and wellness concerns.”

Anisha Aggarwal, Chief Strategy & Development Officer, Ipas Development Foundation, said: “Private facilities play a critical role in providing seeking contraceptive care for women in Uttar Pradesh, yet long-acting methods are often unavailable or poorly understood. This grant supports our work with healthcare providers, building the training, mentoring and referral systems needed for real choice, not just whatever happens to be on hand. By also engaging women and using digital tools alongside provider training, this program builds a model that can outlast the life of the grant. IDF is delighted to continue to build on our efforts in Uttar Pradesh, a state that continues to carry one of India’s highest burdens of unmet need for contraception.”

Vivek Soares, Country Lead, Organon India, said: “Women and girls across India carry very different health needs depending on where they are in life, from a teenager who needs accurate information to a mother who needs real contraceptive choice, and both are still too often unmet. That is why these two grants are designed to work together rather than in isolation: one builds the knowledge and confidence girls need early on, the other builds the access and quality of care women need as adults. Supporting sexual and reproductive healthcare in India means showing up for women and girls at each of these different stages, and we are proud to back partners who understand that.”

Programs and activities funded by Her Health grants remain independently designed and implemented by the organizations in question.

Lam Research Announces India Expansion

* Semiconductor manufacturing technology leader aims to add silicon component manufacturing, broaden lab capabilities in the country

Prior to SEMICON India 2026, Lam Research Corp. (Nasdaq: LRCX), a leading global supplier of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and services, announced it intends to invest approximately INR 10,000 crores to add its first silicon component manufacturing facility in the country and augment its advanced research and development operations.

The planned investment reflects Lam's long-term approach to invest across key aspects of the semiconductor ecosystem in India. Lam has been a leader in the Indian semiconductor ecosystem for more than 25 years, including operating a large engineering hub and one of the country’s most advanced chip research and development (R&D) laboratories. During this time, the company also incorporated India into its global supply chain and trained thousands of individuals for the semiconductor industry through robust workforce development programs. The planned manufacturing investment represents the next phase of development to support customers worldwide as semiconductor complexity accelerates in the AI era.

The new manufacturing facility will support a vertically integrated process spanning silicon ingot production and processing for advanced semiconductor technologies and leading-edge nodes. The planned augmentation to R&D builds on Lam’s India Center for Engineering, which already supports Lam’s work for customers globally in key areas such as design, testing, validation, and next-generation technology development.

"India represents an important part of Lam's global innovation and growth strategy," said Rangesh Raghavan, corporate vice president and managing director, Lam Research India. "Our continuing expansion in India reflects our confidence in the country's talent, growing semiconductor ecosystem, and supportive policy environment. We remain committed to collaborating with the government, academia, suppliers, start-ups and other stakeholders to help accelerate semiconductor innovation that benefits the industry globally."

Lam intends to make the new investment over the next several years. The new manufacturing facility and augmented R&D operations are expected to create new opportunities for partnerships with local suppliers in India. Lam actively engages with local companies for specialized materials, precision components, gases, chemicals, metrology, and manufacturing services that are critical to the semiconductor industry.

High-tech talent development benefiting an entire ecosystem

Lam’s expansion plans are expected to bring specialized manufacturing expertise and capabilities to India, helping build skills that are critical to the future of the semiconductor industry. In addition to creating advanced engineering and high-technology manufacturing jobs, the investment aims to strengthen the country's talent base and contribute to developing a globally competitive semiconductor workforce.

Lam’s investment plans build on its ongoing workforce development efforts, including a partnership with the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and the India Semiconductor Mission (ISM) to increase access to semiconductor manufacturing education, with a goal of training up to 60,000 students over the next several years using Lam’s Semiverse® Solutions virtual platform*. Lam has also launched the Lam Research Skill Development Program to help aspiring workers to develop industry-relevant skills and broaden pathways into advanced manufacturing careers.

As the semiconductor industry enters a new era of innovation driven by AI, Lam continues to focus on increasing the velocity of innovation required to deliver the next generation of semiconductor technologies to its customers. Through investments in manufacturing, supply chain capabilities and advanced R&D the company is strengthening its global operations while helping accelerate the semiconductor technologies that will power the future.

Hero MotoCorp Kicks Off Festive 2026 By Celebrating Art Forms Of India

* The festive campaign brings master artisans and the art to the national stage, combining the spirit of Ganeshotsav with an innovative Destini ASMR art track

https://www.instagram.com/p/DdQAfT3nd1T/?stkn=eWxoejUxbHk5c3Nh

Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters, today unveiled its festive campaign, celebrating the arrival of Lord Ganesha through Indian art forms – Warli (Maharashtra), Kalamkari (Andhra Pradesh/Telangana), Gond (Madhya Pradesh), Pichwai (Rajasthan) and Mata ni Pachedi (Gujarat). Bringing together the artisans from different regions of India, the campaign places the country’s rich folk heritage at the heart of the festive conversation, while introducing a contemporary sensory expression through the Hero Destini. The campaign will be live from 14 September to 25 September 2026, across the Ganesh Chaturthi festive period.

The campaign brings together distinct artistic traditions and the master practitioners, translating the cultural identity of each region into a unique visual welcome for Bappa. From Maharashtra’s Warli and Madhya Pradesh’s Gond to Rajasthan’s Pichwai, Gujarat’s Mata ni Pachedi and the Kalamkari tradition of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana, each artwork has been created by an artist rooted in the craft and credited by name.

Speaking about the campaign, Aashish Midha, Head of Marketing- Indian Business Unit, Hero MotoCorp said, “Festivals offer a powerful opportunity for brands to participate in the cultural moments that matter deeply to people and communities. At Hero MotoCorp, we believe this participation should go beyond promotional message in the festive landscape, instead it should contribute meaningfully to India’s rich heritage. With this campaign we are bringing multiple art forms and their master practitioners into the national spotlight, while allowing each region to welcome Bappa in its own local visual language. For us, this is about moving beyond advertising to create a platform that celebrates the people, stories and traditions that make India unique.”

The campaign also brings together art and engineering through an innovative ASMR experience created by artist Mayur Jamani using only the sounds of the Hero Destini’s all-metal body. Taps, resonances and tones from the scooter have been transformed into a distinctive soundscape for the festive occasion, turning an element of the product itself into an instrument of celebration.

The campaign is being brought to life through a regionalised print series, with the Hero motorcycles and scooters placed alongside the distinctive visual language of each art form. Rather than using art merely as a decorative campaign treatment, the executions are designed to connect Bappa with the cultural identity of the region in which the artwork originates.

Beyond The Black Box: AdNexa Returns Absolute Visibility Of Media Spend To Marketers And Media Buyers

* AdNexa connects governed intelligence, execution and accountability through its own engine, OneView™ — delivering Radical Clarity, Precise Delivery, Deterministic ROI.

Media investment today spans platforms, data, technology and teams — but the intelligence to manage it often remains fragmented. AdNexa is changing how enterprise media spend is planned, run and governed by bringing strategy, technology, execution and accountability together in one operating model. Built on governed intelligence, the model puts people at the centre, with clear accountability for every outcome. AdNexa sits above the marketing stack, not inside it, connecting intelligence to action while campaigns are running. Marketers and media buyers get greater visibility and control over their spend, while CFOs get a clearer, measured line from media investment to return.

At the core is OneView™, AdNexa’s own governed-intelligence engine. It replaces scattered views of media performance with one connected system that keeps learning. OneView™ maintains persistent account memory, adds on-the-fly automation and turns analytics into platform-level actions. Insight, action and optimisation run as one loop. The platform runs 84 diagnostic checks and more than 1,800 automated checks across social, search and programmatic, with 15 platforms integrated today. The roadmap takes that past 40 platforms.

The impact shows up in how media is managed every day. Optimisation no longer waits for a weekly review. Powered by OneView™’s persistent memory, adjustments happen in near real time, reducing manual effort by about 90%. Every campaign is continuously benchmarked against defined performance metrics, enabling the system to correct course before waste builds and budgets bleed.

Every recommendation is tied to an action, with a named person accountable for the outcome, while OneView™’s model-agnostic architecture allows AI models to evolve without changing the underlying governance, expertise or account memory.

AdNexa’s commercial model reinforces that accountability through an Advanced Audit which sits above the marketing stack, examines a brand’s own media data, under a strict NDA, to show where spend is bleeding without real-time insights, delivering 15% or greater efficiency gain.

This technological leap is anchored in deep human expertise. Trusted for its ability to deliver world-class solutions reliably consistently, on time and the highest ROI, AdNexa has delivered digital marketing and campaign solutions for leading global brands, like HBO Max, U.S. Bank, Samsung/MTN and others globally, working through their appointed agency and technology partners.

The numbers speak for themselves. 99.9% execution accuracy, 30+ platform certifications and 24x7 follow-the-sun operations across seven markets.

Driven by world class leadership, veterans with deep domain expertise in ad ops and technology, rigorous execution and consistent delivery, it bridges the gap between strategy and reality, executing complex, secure projects at any scale. Here, execution rigor isn't dependent on who is on shift; it is permanently engineered into the system.

“I have spent eighteen years running media delivery for global brands. The operating model behind digital media has not kept pace with the money it carries. AdNexa was built from that experience. Intelligence, execution and accountability sit in one system, so every unit of media spend is governed, measured and answered for. If the gain is not there, neither is the invoice.” Pradeep Nagam, Founder & Managing Director, AdNexa.ai

“Media should no longer be a black box. Marketers deserve a clear line of sight from every media decision to its execution and its outcome. With OneView™ that line of sight is a measured system. The numbers are deterministic, they arrive in near real time, and a named person is accountable at the end of it.” Shashidhar Sharma, Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer, AdNexa.ai

“While working with global brands like HSBC, Vodafone, Unilever and Pernod Ricard, the lack of actionable intelligence in marketing was always a big sore point. As I drive AdNexa’s expansion across Europe, our core capabilities combined with our technology, which no AI tool can compete with, solves one of the biggest pain points in marketing delivery. Clarity from media strategy to execution and control over the outcome in real time” Morgan Mullarney, Executive Director, AdNexa.ai Ireland

ABOUT ADNEXA.AI

AdNexa.ai (www.adnexa.ai) is the commercial brand of Sri Sai Saanvi Group of Companies, Hyderabad. Combining core excellence in ad operations, trusted by global giants and their agency and technological partners, Adnexa’s technology stack now moves media beyond the black box operating above the marketing stack, not inside it. Its own engine, OneView™, powered by Eka, connects media buying, data, automation and analytics, and turns intelligence into action.

Real time insights. Recommendations rooted in accurate analysis. Over-all control over your spend and reach. Highest ROI. Want to see it in action? OneView™’s Advanced Audit. 15% or greater efficiency gain, or no invoice raised.
