Magicbricks' latest insights reveal a sharp rise in residential supply across key localities in East Bengaluru, including Sarjapur, HSR Layout, Whitefield, and Budigere Cross. Residential supply surged 87.4% YoY, fueled by a 33.6% YoY increase in capital appreciation and an 11.4% rise in rents.
