Owing to increasing demand for recreations for the skilled tech manpower from the multinational companies (MNCs) in the Hardware Park, Aerospace Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and other Business Parks emerging near Devanahalli, the BCV Developers Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture of Brigade Enterprises Ltd., Classic Group and Valmark have launched its latest lifestyle club ‘Signature Club Resort’ at Brigade Orchards, a 130 acre smart township in Devanahalli.
The club was inaugurated by R.V Deshpande, Minister of Industries and Infrastructure, along with Pilla Munishamappa, MLA - Devanahalli; Signature Club Resort will be managed by Brigade Hospitality that is set to revolutionize the hospitality landscape in Bengaluru by introducing the ‘Club Resort’ concept to the city.
Addressing the gathering, Minister Deshpande said, "Considering the club location so close to the airport, I must say that this area is a gold mine for the real estate as well as the industrial sectors. In fact, Devanahalli historically is the birth place of Tipu Sultan but has very little to offer to the tourists. But realizing the future opportunities, Brigade Group has come out with this club to tap on the large tech manpower who will need a self sustained township with all amenities and recreation north of the city. We will also have a dedicated metro route to the airport and even sort out the chocking traffic jams near Hebbal flyover and other places shortly."
Jaishankar, CMD Brigade Enterprises Limited said, “Most of the major clubs are located with in the city and North Bangalore has very little to offer presently. Our Signature Club will a home away from home. With so many technology and business parks emerging here in North Bangalore and the city being out of their reach mainly due to the traffic problems, our club will cater to the large community living near Devanahalli."

Located on a 130 acres of township – Brigade Orchards, an
integrated enclave which is soon going to be a smart township with 100 premium
villa, about 3500 residential apartments, 160 senior residences. "We have tie
ups with great organizations to facilitate the various requirements like Help Age India for the senior residences. We also have a sports stadium which is
built on international standards and facilitates sports like cricket, tennis,
Olympic style pool etc," adds Jaishankar.
Signature Club Resort is composed of 45 executive rooms and suites with amenities that suit both business and leisure travellers. The Signature Club Resort's boasts of a restaurant, a cafe and a lounge bar (Tamarind, Courtyard Cafe and Pavilion Bar), besides various sporting facilities for guests and members in the form of two badminton courts, lawn tennis court, billiards and pool tables, a squash court, a swimming pool, a yoga terrace and gym. A spa is also on the anvil.

Brigade Orchards has been designed the finest architects. It’s a joint effort – with the NBBJ from Seattle behind the conceptualization with various other Indian architects. SCR has been designed by Ochre architects and is a project led by Brigade group and managed by Brigade Hospitality.”
