* 250+ women runners, athletes, Nike Run Coaches, and one Nike run-way bringing performance and style together as the city counts down to race night.
The road to race night took a stylish turn in Mumbai as Nike After Dark Tour (ADT) brought the city’s women running community together at Wings Arena, Bandra, transforming the running track into a run-way for an evening celebrating performance, style and self-expression. The experience unveiled the Nike ADT Collection through a fashion-forward, running-inspired runway showcase, athlete appearances and a community run, as the countdown to race night continues.
Run culture around the world is redefining what it means to dress for running, having performance product merge with style and identity. What she wears to the start line now says as much about her as her finish time: who she is, who she runs with and the community she has made her own.
Styled by Indian creative director and fashion stylist Chandni Sareen, the Nike ADT run-way brought that idea to life. Signature Nike ADT Collection pieces were layered with local textures, patterns and design details inspired by the city, showing how runners can mix performance product with their own personal aesthetic, on the course and beyond.
“The idea was to take the energy of running and interpret it through the lens of Mumbai. We played with layers, textures and design details inspired by the city to show how performance pieces can move beyond the track and become a form of style and self-expression. Ultimately, it was about celebrating the women of ADT and the confidence to express who they are, on and off the track,” said Chandni Sareen.
Nike athlete and Indian table tennis player Manika Batra led the line-up along with Nike ADT Global Ambassador and On Tour Club Founder Sahirah Oshidar, Nike Run Coaches Mishti Khatri and Akshata Pai, and other members of the Mumbai running community. Together, they showcased the versatility of the collection through looks that moved seamlessly between performance and lifestyle.
“Running has always been about pushing myself, but I also believe you should feel like yourself while doing it,” saidManika Batra. “I love that the Nike After Dark Tour gives women a space to bring both performance and personality to the start line.”
At the heart of the looks was the Nike ADT Collection, featuring performance-ready apparel alongside playful lifestyle looks, all designed to help athletes feel confident and comfortable from the start to finish line, and beyond.
The collection features a distinct hyper-pink colorway as the showstopper, mixed with black, grey and white options providing choice for styling bold head-to-toe color block looks, or unique mix and match layering. The generous range of shorts, tights, sports bras, crops, tees, sleeveless, rugby-style pull overs, and hoodies, mean the personalization options are endless.
While the colors offer choice, the bold ADT graphics are instantly recognizable, a nod to the cities of the global tour, connecting all runners as one global community.
Completing the looks are Nike road running silhouettes including the Pegasus Plus 2, Pegasus 42 and Vomero 18 in ADT-specific colorways, alongside styles from Nike’s racing DNA, including the Moon Shoe and Skylon 11.
For Sahirah Oshidar, whose On Tour Club is part of Mumbai’s growing running culture, the experience reflects what makes After Dark Tour about more than the kilometers.
“Running has given me a community, a sense of belonging and a space to show up as myself. That’s what makes Nike After Dark Tour so special, it brings women together and gives everyone their own reason to run, to move, while still making you feel part of something bigger,” said Sahirah Oshidar. “With this collection, we are not only celebrating as a community of female runners in Mumbai, but also connected to a global community of ADT runners, from LA to, Mexico, London, Sydney and more.”
The run-way was followed by a 3km community run led by Nike Run Coaches Mishti Khatri and Akshata Pai, giving women another opportunity to build towards race night together, while strengthening the connections that have come to define the ADT community in Mumbai.
The evening marked another milestone in a 12-week training program bringing women together through speed sessions, long runs, strength, recovery and community runs. More than preparing for the finish line, the journey is designed to help women build confidence, find community and define progress on their own terms.
Nike ADT Mumbai takes place on December 12, 2026, with slots all sold out. But don’t worry! Can’t be part of the race? You can still come and cheer for the women winning the night from the sidelines, and you can also sign up for the Nike Run Club and download the app to be a part of the Nike running community.
The looks are ready. The training continues. Next stop: race night.

IN-SPACe Offers ₹67 Crore To Four More Indian Space Companies Under Technology Adoption Fund
* New selections take the number of companies supported under TAF to seven, with ₹67.15 crore in funding offered for the development of critical indigenous space technologies
The Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre (IN-SPACe) has selected Maharashtra-based Manastu Space, MumbaiSemi (IMumbai Semiconductor Pvt. Ltd.) and Inspecity Space Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., and Bengaluru-based VyomIC (AeroDome Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) for financial support under its Technology Adoption Fund (TAF). The latest selections will receive funding offers totalling ₹67.15 crore to develop indigenous technologies across satellite propulsion, in-orbit servicing, precision timing systems for space as well as ground applications and NavIC enabled GNSS System on Chip (SoC).
Under the latest round, Manastu Space, Mumbai has been offered ₹22.08 crore to develop an iodine-based Hall Effect Thruster for small satellites. The integrated propulsion system will combine a thruster, power processing unit and modular iodine feed and tank system. The use of solid iodine as a propellant is expected to eliminate the need for high-pressure tanks and simplify fuelling and integration, offering a more compact and cost-efficient alternative to conventional xenon-based systems. It is notable that only a few companies globally have either developed or in the process of developing Iodine based Hall Effect Thruster. Manastu will be the first Indian company to develop such technology.
Inspecity Space Laboratories has been offered ₹21.18 crore to develop a refuellable six-degree-of-freedom propulsion system for microsatellites. Designed around a green bipropellant architecture, the system will incorporate an integrated refuelling port and self-pressurised propellant arrangement. The technology is intended to support more flexible satellite manoeuvring and enable future in-space servicing applications.
VyomIC has been offered ₹12.55 crore to develop highly stable and secure clocks for space applications. The proposed system will combine miniature atomic clocks and high-performance oven-controlled crystal oscillators with adaptive filtering and advanced steering algorithms. Although the primary objective of this technology is to cater for LEO-PNT services, it can also find its application in the time requirement for satellite constellations, deep space exploration and compact space platforms.
MumbaiSemi has been offered ₹11.34 crore to develop an indigenous, multi-channel NavIC and GPS receiver system-on-chip (SoC) integrating RF and digital components. The reconfigurable chip is being designed for standard positioning and wideband applications, with the objective of strengthening domestic capabilities in satellite navigation receiver technology. The development of SoC is very significant for the proliferation of home grown NavIC system across all the Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) applications.
Commenting on the selections, Dr Pawan Goenka, Chairman, IN-SPACe, said, “The two spacecraft propulsion technologies are selected with an objective that these products are being developed for the first time in India and they a high commercial potential. The development of high stable and precision clock and time generation and the development of indigenous SoC for GNSS including NavIC is going to significantly reduce the dependence of foreign chipsets. Through these technologies, India can build a more complete domestic space ecosystem, expand industry participation and create export opportunities for Indian companies.”
The latest announcement builds on IN-SPACe's first selection under TAF in June 2026, when Astrobase Space Technologies, SatSure Analytics India and TM2SPACE Technologies were selected for funding to develop technologies spanning launch vehicle propulsion, Earth observation analytics and satellite navigation systems.
The selected projects will be implemented against defined milestones, with funding and progress monitored in accordance with the scheme's requirements. The support is intended to help companies advance technology development and bridge the gap between early-stage innovation and wider adoption.
The Technology Adoption Fund is an IN-SPACe initiative designed to support Indian non-governmental entities (NGEs) in absorbing, adapting and commercialising advanced space technologies. Through financial support for technology development and adoption, the scheme seeks to strengthen India's domestic space capabilities and enable greater participation by Indian industry in the growing global space economy.

Positioned as the giant of entertainment, the TV is built for viewers who want a bigger and more immersive way to watch, bringing the scale of the cinema, the energy of the stadium and the intensity of gaming into the living room.
Powered by LG’s Alpha 8 AI Processor Gen3, the 292 cm (115") QNED evo combines Mini LED picture quality with AI-based picture and sound technologies, so that colour, contrast and detail hold up across every inch of the ultra-large screen.
Brian Jung, Director – Media Entertainment Solution, LG Electronics India, said: “The 292 cm (115")QNED evo Mini LED TV reflects our commitment to creating more immersive home entertainment experiences. True to its name as the giant of entertainment, it brings the scale of the cinema, the energy of the stadium and the thrill of gaming together on one screen.
One Screen, Four Big Experiences
Bringing the Cinema Home
On a screen this large, picture quality has to work harder. The 292 cm (115") QNED evo uses Precision Dimming Ultra to control thousands of local dimming zones, revealing fine detail in dark scenes while keeping bright highlights crisp. The result is deeper blacks, cleaner highlights and stronger contrast, with depth preserved even in shadow-heavy scenes.
Dynamic QNED Color Pro optimises colour mapping, so tones stay rich and accurate even in bright HDR scenes. It is certified by Intertek for 100 percent Color Volume1, enabling faithful colour reproduction across the full 292 cm (115") screen.
The Alpha 8 AI Processor Gen3, which draws on 13 years of LG OLED leadership to bring LG’s OLED light-control capability to QNED, also powers AI Super Upscaling. Using deep learning, it analyses on-screen objects and refines texture, edges and fine detail, so 4K visuals look natural and stay crisp on the big screen. AI Picture Pro enhances faces, bodies and other key elements to improve perceived depth, while Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro analyses each frame to refine resolution, brightness and clarity.
Recreating the Stadium Atmosphere
The 292 cm (115") QNED evo is built to make live sport feel bigger. Its wide colour range adds impact to bright sports scenes, while AI Sound Pro creates virtual 11.1.2-channel surround sound through the TV’s built-in speakers, delivering clearer spatial separation and a more immersive soundstage. Together with AI Super Upscaling and Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro, it brings a stadium-scale experience to sports and big-action content.
With the webOS 26 platform, fans can also keep up with the game without leaving the screen. Sports Portal brings live content, scores, match schedules and league standings into one place, and Sports Alert sends notifications for chosen teams and leagues. Key stats such as match progress and game-result predictions appear on an on-screen AI Concierge card, helping viewers follow several games at once.
Elevating Gaming Immersion
For gamers, the 292 cm (115") QNED evo turns its ultra-large screen into a responsive gaming display. It supports variable refresh rate (VRR) up to 165Hz, AMD FreeSync™ Premium and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), keeping rapid in-game action sharp, highly responsive and free of lag.
The new Motion Booster raises the refresh rate to 330Hz, significantly reducing motion blur and keeping visuals smooth in fast-paced shooters and racing games, where split-second reactions matter. LG Gaming Portal adds an all-in-one destination with access to thousands of cloud gaming services and native web games.
Giant-Screen Entertainment, Made Smarter
As the largest model in LG’s 2026 QNED evo lineup, the 292 cm (115") TV pairs its scale with AI-based personalisation on webOS 26. With Voice ID, the TV recognises each user and automatically loads their personalised My Page home screen. AI Concierge gives context-aware suggestions and quick access to useful functions based on what is being watched. Multi-AI support, powered by Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot, lets users ask questions, check information and search for related content while watching.

Sonata introduces the latest evolution of its Sonata Gold collection, bringing an elevated design language and fresh colour variations to its gold-led offerings for Dhanteras. Rooted in the enduring significance of gold as a symbol of prosperity, good fortune and new beginnings, the collection reimagines a traditional festive season through contemporary design and everyday functionality. With its refined detailing, the new Sonata Gold collection brings a personal dimension to festive dressing, bringing the sentiment of gold into a timepiece that can be worn and cherished beyond the festive season. Blending traditional significance with everyday utility, the collection makes for a meaningful addition to festive purchases, one that brings together personal style and the spirit of the occasion.
The new Sonata Gold collection is available in two fresh hues, blue and green, complemented by a striking gold-tone bezel. A beautifully pressed dial pattern adds depth, while the 22K gold coin at the bottom centre, framed by an outline ring, serves as the defining element of each timepiece. At a time when gold prices are approximately ₹14,400 per gram, the collection seeks to make gold buying more accessible, offering consumers a contemporary way to embrace the tradition of purchasing gold during Dhanteras.
Each watch makes for a thoughtful way to mark the spirit of Dhanteras. Intricate crown detailing, along with refined indices, a redesigned minute ring and improved hands, lends the watches a polished finish while enhancing dial readability. Blending the cultural significance of gold with fashion forward design, the collection offers a distinctive timepiece for consumers looking to carry the spirit of auspicious occasions into everyday life.
Pulak Narain, Brand Head - Sonata, Titan Company Limited, said, “Sonata Gold has been the flagship offering from Sonata, which brings together craftsmanship of design, and value of gold that associates very well with the auspicious occasion of Dhanteras. Sonata Gold gives our customers an opportunity to own something valuable and traditional yet lasts beyond the occasion. The new Sonata Gold collection that we are launching on the occasion of Dhanteras this year takes the product a step forward, with much more emphasis on design, premium materials and thoughtful elements that lend a modern look to the collection while still being rooted in tradition and ethnicity. We are sure this collection will resonate very well with our customers and Sonata Gold will continue to be the bestseller for us that it has always been.”

i-choose India’s first Ovulation Testing Kit Launches New Campaign On How Timing Is Key To Conception
* Conceptualised by McCann India, the campaign introduces the kit as a simple, science-backed way to conceive
* Campaign films: https://youtu.be/C39GRGOBflM; https://youtu.be/mKwasu0L57w
i-choose, India’s first Ovulation Testing Kit, has launched a new campaign, ‘The Pre-pregnancy Test,’ starring brand ambassador Shriya Pilgaonkar. Conceptualised by McCann India, part of Omnicom Advertising India, the campaign encourages couples trying to conceive to move beyond guesswork and better understand when to try.
Most couples are familiar with a pregnancy test, the test they take after trying. Far fewer think about the test that can come before it. By positioning the i-choose Ovulation Testing Kit as ‘The Pre-pregnancy Test,’ the campaign makes ovulation testing easier to understand and more relevant to them who are in the trying-to-conceive journey. The at-home test helps identify the 5 best days to try for a baby, helping couples make more informed decisions around timing.
The campaign stems from a simple consumer insight: when trying to conceive, couples often make several changes in their effort to do everything right, from eating healthier and exercising to improving their daily routines but may overlook the importance of knowing when to try. i-choose aims to encourage couples to incorporate ovulation testing as a habit into their journey of trying for a baby. “Don’t try harder. Try smarter” forms the creative approach to bring this message alive, shifting the conversation from simply doing more to being better informed about the right time to try.
One of the campaign films brings this thought alive through the warmth of sisterhood. Shriya Pilgaonkar plays a trusted friend who finds her friend attempting fertility yoga as part of her efforts to conceive. Seeing her struggle with the routine, Shriya introduces her to the i-choose Ovulation Testing Kit and the idea of the ‘Pre-pregnancy Test’, explaining how it can help identify her 5 best days to try. Through light humour and an easy conversation between friends, the film shows that while couples may be doing several things as part of their conception journey, understanding their fertile window is an important step to consider.
A second film takes the conversation into the bedroom and brings the couple’s dynamic into focus. Shriya Pilgaonkar shows her husband the ovulation testing stick, which he initially mistakes for a pregnancy test. She playfully introduces it as the ‘Pre-pregnancy Test’ and explains that it helps identify her 5 best days to try for a baby. The film uses chemistry and humour to make a typically clinical conversation around ovulation more natural and relatable, while reinforcing that trying for a baby is a journey couples can navigate together.
Commenting on the launch, Abhishek Kumar Shrivastav, CMO, Piramal Consumer Healthcare, At i-choose, we believe that making informed choices begins with having the right information. When couples plan to conceive, much of the focus is on lifestyle changes and preparing for pregnancy, while understanding the right time to try often gets overlooked. With ‘The Pre-pregnancy Test’, we want to bring this missing piece into the conversation and encourage couples to see ovulation testing as an integral part of their conception journey. The campaign is designed to challenge existing perceptions through a relatable, light-hearted narrative that makes an important scientific insight easy to understand and act on.
Adding on, Anusheela Saha, Head of Creative, McCann India, said, “The journey to pregnancy can often become a checklist for many couples, making it feel like hard work. That became the heart of our campaign: Don't try harder. Try smarter. We wanted to make this thought feel less like medical advice and more like a piece of advice you'd get from a trusted friend. So, through Shriya Pilgaonkar and the warmth of sisterhood, we bring a little humour to a journey that can often feel stressful and overwhelming, while introducing ovulation testing as a simple, science-backed step to know your best days to try and an important step in this journey.”
The campaign is live across digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
