Employee Wellness and Immunity-Boosting Activities Gain Importance in COVID-Era Boardroom Discussions

Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged citizens to follow immunity-boosting guidelines issued by the Ayush Ministry to supplement the fight against COVID-19. While there is still no cure for the disease, a lot of health experts are saying that a strong immune system could help.

As the tables have turned, the prime agenda of corporate management discussions has also shifted to employee wellbeing with many corporates evolving their employee wellness initiatives extensively by introducing webinars on ayurvedic nutrition and its benefits and virtual yoga sessions and respiratory exercises.  Several companies are reaching out to counselors, psychiatrists, Ayurveda experts and to help employees to boost their immunity. Here is the list of companies helping their employees to boost their immunity and mental well-being:

This initiative helps the employees in their mental well being.
