Eupheus Learning Doubles Its Sales Team; Adding 300 New Members By 2023


* The home-grown Edtech firm is strengthening its on-ground sales team

* Around 316 team members as of FY 22, and it’s expected to expand to 600 in FY 23

Eupheus Learning, one of India's largest school-focused distribution platforms with a reach of over 20,000 schools, has announced mass hiring of employees across India, starting from executive to regional manager level. With these appointments, the company aims to expand its team in the top leadership, organically.

Currently, the company has a strength of 316 and plans to add 300 people across teams in this financial year. Out of the new 300 positions, Eupheus has closed around 150 hires already. Post this expansion, the home-grown EdTech’s total strength will grow to 600. According to the company, the new hires will join at the entry and mid-level to support the company's growth. Also, their current team composition comprises 25% of their associates having work experience of more than 16+ years, another 60% have work experience between 6-16 years.

Speaking about the workforce expansion, Mr. Sarvesh Srivastava, MD, and Founder of Eupheus Learning mentioned, “I am delighted to share that we are expanding and strengthening our Eupheus family. We are present in more than 110 cities via our sales team and even though we have stronger revenue realization from North and South, we are adding team members Pan India. The intention is to go deeper in existing areas and add up our representation in the under-represented territories as well.  We will be adding about 300 people across our teams in this financial year out of which we have already onboarded about 150 employees. We welcome them and look forward to chart on a growth-oriented path.”

Eupheus Learning recently announced the appointment of former Ratna Sagar’s director, Mr. Ashok Mohan Zutshi, as the Chief Advisory of the brand. In the last 12 months, the brand acquired two companies to offer its users a wide range of services, while strategically entering different school segments. The first firm, ClassKlap, opened Eupheus Learning's way to affordable private schools. Similarly, the second company, SchoolMitra, allowed the home-grown EdTech firm to offer 21st Century School OS, a school management operating system with a combination of content management, learning management, and ERP—on a single platform, making the lives of all stakeholders in the K-12 segment convenient.
