Brigade REAP, India’s pioneering real estate accelerator program with a focus on PropTech, has opened applications for its upcoming Cohort 15, the focus sectors for which include Real Estate Development, Construction Technology, Sustainability, Data Analytics, Sales and CRM, Real Estate Investment, Hospitality, Smart Retail, Urban Tech, and Smart City Solutions. Brigade REAP is accepting applications until November 15, 2023, and the shortlisted startups will be onboarded for mentoring in January 2024.

Eligible startups must be incorporated in India, be at the pre-seed stage; be actively solving significant challenges within the real estate ecosystem and have reached at least the minimum viable product stage.
