Xoxoday Appoints an IBM Senior Executive Ben O'Sullivan as Sales Director for the UK and Europe Market

Xoxoday, a SaaS Commerce company, that helps mid & large enterprises to manage rewards and incentives announced the appointment of Mr Ben O'Sullivan as Sales Director for the UK and Europe Market. The platform caters to employees, sales partners, and the Gig workforce.

Ben will spearhead business performance and strategy in the UK and the European market. In his current role, he will focus on building synergies for expansion of the existing businesses in Europe as well as, develop new engines of growth in European markets.

Prior to assuming his current role, Ben worked with IBM Europe where he led a sales team deploying Cloud and AI solutions in commercial and enterprise sectors across Europe.

He has also been in the role of a Senior Deal Analyst at NEMEA and started his career at Intel. Ben holds a bachelor's degree in applied physics from Dublin City University and an ACCA Diploma certification on Financial Management from Dublin Business School.
