On the Hyderabad- Suryapet-Vijayawada route the boarding points for the coaches would be BHEL Crossroads, Miyapur Crossroads, KPHB, Kukatpally, S R Nagar, Ameerpet, Lakdikapool, LB Nagar, Hotel Sai Krishna (Suryapet) and at Patamata, NTR Circle, Benz Circle, Hanumanpet and Ibrahimpatnam stops in Vijayawada. While on the Bengaluru-Chittor-Tirupati route the major boarding points are Majestic, Anand Rao Circle, HSR layout, K R Puram Railway Station, Hoskote, Kolar, Palamner and Tirupati.
A customer centric brand, NueGo coaches go through 25 stringent safety checks including mechanical and electrical inspections. The coaches are sanitized before every trip and coach pilots go through breath analyzer tests. NueGo services feature live coach tracking, drop point geo-location, and monitored in-coach CCTV surveillance. These electric coaches can run 250 kilometers in a single charge, with the air conditioners on, in traffic conditions.
NueGo has well trained & courteous staff, offers premium lounges in selective cities, and will offer customer assist & luggage management services. In addition, the services will offer curated F&B menu at the lounges and on board with on-time performance.
