The company has also launched also launched India's #1 Job portal for diversity candidates called Equiv.in recently. The job portal is exclusively for only Women, Differently abled, LGBT and Senior Citizens and has more than 60,000 users now.
At the venue, about 800 women with work experience ranging from freshers to more than 15 years’ experience, and about 180 re-starters listened to the focused discussions and used networking opportunities. The high-level speaker line up and influencers at the Fair was also a huge attraction for most participants who were looking to learn, grow and take wing in their chosen professions.

The other speakers were, Gunjan Shukla, Global Head of Demand Operations at ThoughtWorks and Aruna Newton, Global Head D&I Infosys. The event also had an interesting panel discussion on the topic “Uncover success mantras from the millennial "Wonder Girls" and what does it take to chart and succeed in a unique career path?” hosted by Varsha Adusumilli, Author of Wonder Girls Book. The panel discussion saw participation from Flight Commander, Rucha Nirale; Classical dancer & corporate lawyer, Priyanka Chandrasekhar and Mch Neurosurgery, Dr Vasundhara Rangan
Naren Krishna, the founder of Stockroom.io observing the participation, said, “This is the fifth edition of the event in total and the third one this year, It is really encouraging for early stage startups like us to see amazing response from the female talent of Pune even though this is our first time. We have received some amazing applications and are confident that we will witness some amazing job offers being rolled out by participating companies. We are surely hosting another event in Pune next year.”

The companies participating in the event included Citi, BNY Mellon, Infosys, ThoughtWorks, Societe Generale and others.
