This study is based on visits and searches by nearly 80,000+ consumers across top 8 Indian cities that landed on Sulekha in June 2021.
Key findings of the study:
· The Top 5 education and skilling related service categories that have seen a spike in online searches include Job Training, School Tuitions, Entrance Exam Coaching, Distance Coaching and Language Training.
· The top 5 cities that are leading in online searches across education and skilling related services include: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad followed by Delhi and Mumbai.
· In Chennai, the top 5 education and skilling related services that are leading include Job Training, School Tuitions, Art & Science Colleges, Distance Education and Language Training. These services have grown by 234%.
· In Bangalore, the top 5 education and skilling related services that are leading include Placement Consultancies, School Tuitions, Distance Education, Competitive Exam Coaching and Art & Science Colleges. These services have grown by 167%.
· In Hyderabad, the top 5 education and skilling related services that are leading include Job Training, Entrance Exam Coaching, School Tuitions, Art & Science Colleges and Distance Education. These services have grown by 169%.
· In Delhi, the top 5 education and skilling related services that are leading include Placement Consultancies, Job Training, School Tuitions, Competitive Exam Coaching and Language Training. These services have grown by 123%.
· In Mumbai, the top 5 education and skilling related services that are leading include Job Training, School Tuitions, Distance Education, Entrance Exam Coaching and Language Training. These services have grown by 80%.
