Intex Opens its 51st Master Intex Care Partner (MICP) in Bangalore; 2nd in Karnataka

Intex Technologies, one of the leading consumer electronics company reached a new milestone in strengthening its after-sales service network with the opening of its 51^st Master Intex Care Partner (MICP) in Bangalore, Karnataka today. The 1200 sq. ft. MICP is the second in Bangalore dedicated to Consumer Durables & IT Products service as the first one was primarily for Mobiles. 90 service centers (Mobile & CDIT) in Karnataka are catering directly to consumers.

The 51^st MICP in Bangalore was inaugurated by Biju Abraham, Head Customer- Service (CDIT), Intex Technologies and other officials. The MICP has opened at Ms. Delta Services, No 2/23, 1St Floor, New Raja Building, N R Road, Opp Town Hall, above Kamat Restaurant.

Intex operates 3 levels of service centers pan-India - Intex Care Partner (ICP) which are third party service centers, Exclusive Intex Care Partner (EICP) are third party service centers working exclusively for Intex and Master Intex Care Partner (MICP) which are repair centers and act as inventory / next level repair hub for all the state level ICPs and EICPs.
