Soi & Sake invites you to an exclusive one-evening culinary experience in collaboration with The House of Suntory—a celebration of refined Japanese craftsmanship and the nuanced diversity of progressive Asian cuisine.
The tasting menu features Spicy Crispy Rice with Japanese mayonnaise, Watermelon Sashimi in soya and mirin, Yellowtail Carpaccio with yuzu, soft Chicken or Mushroom–Spinach Baos, and a refreshing Yuzu Lemon Sorbet. Mains include Lamb Rendang with herb-scented Chahan or Shandong-style vegetables with steamed fragrant rice, followed by a comforting finish of Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles or Jī Hó-Fan.
This intimate dinner will feature a thoughtfully composed tasting menu, paired with the distinctive character of Toki, Hibiki, Yamazaki Distiller’s Reserve, and Yamazaki 12 Years. Each course is designed to create a seamless harmony of flavour, aroma, and texture—evoking the serene elegance of modern Japan.
Chef Deva Kumar, Executive Chef at Taj Bangalore, Bengaluru will be curating Signature Confections: Dates & Azuki Bean Cake, Matcha Macarons, Lemongrass Panna Cotta with Fresh Berries.
