JCPenney India Appoints Kaushik Das As The New Managing Director


JCPenney India has announced the appointment of Kaushik Das as their new Managing Director (MD). Kaushik will be based out of the Bangalore office and will drive innovation and lead the transformation strategy for the center. 

Kaushik brings with him over 22 years of rich global experience in strategy, operations, transformation, customer experience, enterprise programs & change management - across Retail, Fintech, Financial Services, and Consulting within GCCs. His diverse skill set, coupled with his extensive experience, makes him the ideal leader to steer JCPenney India towards its transformational goals.

Kaushik has held key leadership roles at esteemed organizations such as Kabbage Inc., and Target. In his most recent role as a Global Senior Director of Operations and Analytics at Giant Eagle, he was responsible for shaping and building the foundation of the GCC across all dimensions of people, processes, and technology.
