Indian Bank is observing the month of August as the Mega Retail Loan Disbursement month. In lieu of the ensuing festive season and the improved pandemic scenario across the country, the Bank has been aiming to focus more towards loan segments like Home Loans, Vehicle Loans, Personal Loans etc. with introduction of competitive interest rates and other attractive concessions for home loans and vehicle loans.
The Mega Retail Disbursement Camp held at Bangalore was launched by Shri Imran Amin Siddiqui Executive Director of the bank, and Shri Sudhir Kumar Gupta, Field General Manager, along with other officials of the bank. Home Loan & Vehicle Loan sanctions were distributed to beneficiaries from the branches of the Bank spread across Karnataka and Kerala State. The Bank sanctioned 102 retail loans worth Rs. 102.50 crores along with 123 MSME loans amounting to Rs. 55.40 Crores in the Campaign.
Also a specially designed Cluster Scheme for General Engineering Sector was also launched by the Bank to benefit the industrial segment prevailing in state.
