Like in 2018, talent acquisition remains a critical issue in 2019 too. For the second year in a row, employers responding to a Mettl survey have indicated that ‘finding quality talent’ is one problem they are most struggling with. The bid for competent and experienced employees has become a serious challenge for Indian organizations. Where 100% of small organizations are facing difficulty in getting top talent, mid-size or large-size companies are not left behind. Adapting technology to meet the growing changes in the workforce can assist businesses better recruit, retain and manage their human capital well.

The event also witnessed international speaker Chris Murdock, Chief Sourcing Officer and Co-Founder, IQTalent Partners, Inc. shared his thoughts on ‘Remaining Human in a World Powered by AI-Enabled Technology’. Yusuf Pathan, Founder, Key Resourcing, SourcePRO & Sourcing Adda closing the event said, “It may sound like a massive cliché, but it’s a fact that digital is disrupting recruitment. Technologies like AI and ML will bring efficiencies but cannot not take away a recruiter’s job because the human judgement will be the final decisive factor.”
