AntiGravity Fitness is a

AntiGravity Fitness is a relatively

the brainchild of Christopher Harrison, a former choreographer, gymnast and
aerial performer. Antigravity Fitness combines traditional poses with other
exercise forms like Pilates, aerial acrobatics and calisthenics, with the aim
of achieving a complete body workout. In Antigravity Fitness, hammock-like
suspended gear is used to practice different yoga poses and exercises. These
hammocks can support the weight of up to 970kgs, so be rest assured, you will
